We support families when a child has received a cancer diagnosis. It might be a poorly baby, young child or a teenager – we understand that a cancer diagnosis affects all ages and all members of the family. That’s why our support extends to parents, siblings, grandparents as well as the child receiving treatment – we support the whole family CCPA works across Staffordshire, but we also support families elsewhere in the UK if they do not have access to local help. Our registered families enjoy a mixture of in-person and virtual support, including parties, day trips, financial help, mindfulness and art activities. We also organise lunches and meet-ups as well as post out seasonal parcels and surprise treats.
