We became a registered Charity in late November 2021, but we have been a rescue since being founded by Penny Parker in late March 2017 as a non profit organisation. We started with nothing apart from a strong desire to help cats, four microchip scanners and two cat cabins, experience & the determination to succeed. Our supporters have been amazing, although we are a relatively small rescue, we are always ready to step in to help cats & their owners when asked. The people in the Portsmouth area  have got to know us over the last five years through our Facebook group, they follow posts of lost cats we work to reunite, they  meet us at our table top fundraising sales. We have wonderful volunteers who work tirelessly for the benefit of cats, since we started on 2017 we have reunited over 482 cats/kittens with their owners & found homes for another 625 abandoned or unwanted cats/kittens. All funds raised go directly towards the care of the cats, paying for neutering/spaying, microchipping, vaccinations, for food & litter as well as items that enrich the lives of cats at the rescue.
