Central PA Horse Rescue is located in Lewisberry, PA.  We have saved over 180 horses since 2017.  We rescue; rehabilitate, adopt those that can be adopted as well as have a safe beautiful sanctuary here on our 118 acres for those who are not adoptable due to age; health issues, etc.

Please help Central PA Horse Rescue continue Saving America's Horses.  Horses cost a minimum of $400 a month just to feed - that's not the farrier every 6 weeks to trim or do special glued on shoes for 4 of horses that cost $180 a piece, or the $600 a year a  piece for vaccines; the $185 a year for floating their teeth; or the daily medications that many of them take.  Cost of hay has continued to rise and we go trough 6 - 900lb bales a week!  At $85 a bale!  We go through 4 bags of Purina Senior and Purina Strategy Grain a day at $24 and $30 each!  And the vet bills alone that exceed over $40,000 a year!

We are 100% volunteer operated - there is no paid staff since donations are rare and grants are difficult to find yet alone receive.  Please help us continue to make a difference in the lives we safe!  We have the room to have 100 plus horses here but without outside funding, we can't continue bringing more and more in without having some financial support.
