The Changing Communities Movement (CCM) Foundation was formed in 2006 out of the inherent need to find an alternate means of addressing the issues of teen sex and sexual disease awareness. Our unique approach is to “educate through entertainment.” Our focus uses music and artists to inform and educate an urban youth population that typically shuns traditional attempts provided by more mainstream approaches. Since its inception, we have grown our outreach to include not only sexually transmitted infections, but cancer and women’s health issues.
