Founded more than 30 years ago, CATCH Neighborhood Housing is a 501(c)3, community-based non-profit organization offering a full spectrum of housing and education services in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. CATCH meets the needs of the communities it serves by constructing new affordable housing units and revitalizing existing housing in an area where affordable rental options are limited. Since 1989, CATCH has evolved into several different lines of business including property management, resident service coordination, and homebuyer education, and prides itself on creating innovative housing solutions for low-to-moderate-income individuals and families. As of Spring 2020, CATCH currently owns and manages 349 of its own apartments and provides homes for over 700 children, adults and seniors and is set to break ground on a new housing community this summer in Penacook, NH. We are focused on creating a community where every person is confident of a home.
