Hope House has been providing permanent care to the most profoundly mentally and physically disabled children for over 55 years. They are non-verbal and must be supervised and cared for 24/7. These children grew up here, and many are now senior citizens. That’s long-term care in the truest sense. Hope House believes that these special children deserve love, respect, and a safe place to thrive. There is a crisis in permanent housing and long-term care. The guardians of this high level of disability face a wait time of well over 10 years.
