We build / rehab homes for individuals and families who make no more than 60% of the local area median income in our Home Ownership Program. We also have a Critical Home Repair Program where we help individuals and families who already own an affordable home make much needed repairs that they can't afford on their own. The repairs generally involve structural, accessibility, code violation and/ or weatherization issues. Many of our Critical Home Repair homeowners are elderly, disable and/or veterans.
