Cars for Keeps Inc. provides an affordable vehicle lease-to-own program that addresses and reduces financial, emotional, spiritual, and relational poverty. By working within our community to offer dependable cars to dependable people, we build stability for generations to come. We provide gently used vehicles to working-class recipients for a term of 3 to 5 years at a reasonable rate that they would not qualify for through traditional financing methods. After the conclusion of the lease, the title is turned over to the recipient for completing the program. We complete a 2-month budget review with the applicants to verify their ability to successfully participate in the program and set their monthly vehicle payment. Once accepted and a vehicle is received there are financial education course requirements and required quarterly budget reviews to track progress on financial goals, debt reduction, and credit repair.
