Forever Homes for Foster Kids, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, reunites foster and immigrant children with family. For three decades, Forever Homes has specialized in locating a child's relatives who are living somewhere in North, Central and South America. We receive the most desperate foster and immigrant children cases where government agencies and other nonprofits such as the Red Cross have spent months, sometimes years, searching unsuccessfully to find a parent or relative. We are often the last chance a child has to be reunited with family before they age out onto the street where the majority of kids become homeless, end up in prison or become a victim of sex trafficking. Getting a child back to family means the child will be better off emotionally and mentally. Our work makes a positive, life-changing impact on foster children, who have often been abused and traumatized, because very often relatives are found who will give the child a loving forever home. People who support our work ensure that whenever possible, each foster or immigrant child has at the very least a connection with their blood relatives. Reuniting a child with family gives the child a greater chance at an improved future.
