Cancer StrongHER is a nonprofit corporation empowering female survivors of ALL cancers through a free and fun fitness and active lifestyle program. Studies show survivors can help reduce cancer recurrence rates by staying active. Cancer StrongHER makes an impact on recurrence rates by offering free monthly fitness yoga, tennis, rowing, Pickleball, Pilates, FitCamp, boxing classes and more as well as other special events throughout the year to encourage survivors to rebuild and maintain their strength to stay “fight ready." Cancer StrongHER encourages an active lifestyle in a way that no other nonprofit in the world does through collaboration with multiple local gyms and fitness centers. The fight against cancer does not stop with the last drip of chemotherapy, the last zap of radiation, or the last stitch from surgery and neither should support for these women.
