House of Angels 1 Inc continues to be committed to providing resources that will support our clients ensuring that all of their needs are met with safe shelter, food, clothing and healthcare through the free Community Health Centers and Human Services Divisions. Our prevention strategies are for strengthening families and keeping them whole. We are motivated to help build self-esteem and promote positive relationships for our clients/mentees. Youth are faced with real-life choices that will affect their lives with consequences when they don't have the proper guidance to redirect them to making positive choices. Every person deserves an opportunity of a safe environment, support, education, and counseling regardless of the circumstances.There is a great need in urban communities.These communities have a high rate of domestic violence, gun violence, homelessness, substance abuse, teenage pregnancy and human trafficking. These unfortunate circumstances need to be addressed with refuge. Our programs Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and No More Silence to Domestic Violence educates on prevention, awareness and healing through workshops, symposiums & sessions; we offer individual & group. HOA provides a support system to help increase morality & Mental Health Wellness in communities
