Imagine the difference one mentor, one opportunity, or one person who believes in you can make.

For thousands of women and youth, Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) is helping make that difference a reality.

Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and youth through mentorship, leadership development, education, and access to life-changing opportunities.

Founded in 2016, BSLS has positively impacted more than 15,000 individuals, expanding to 30 chapters across 14 states and Washington, D.C. Our mission is to equip women and youth with the confidence, resources, relationships, and skills needed to thrive personally, academically, professionally, and within their communities.

Through seven core pillars, Mentorship, Public Health, Mental Health, Education Equity, Financial Education, Career Readiness, and Housing Stability, we address barriers to opportunity while developing the next generation of leaders and global changemakers.

More than 98% of our programming is provided at no cost, ensuring financial circumstances do not prevent individuals from accessing meaningful support and opportunities.

Your support helps us keep mentorship accessible, expand our national impact, provide scholarships and educational resources, strengthen mental health and career readiness initiatives, and reach more women and youth across the country.

When you support BSLS, you are investing in more than a program. You are investing in brighter futures, stronger communities, and generations of leaders who will create lasting change.

Together, we can turn mentorship into opportunity and opportunity into lasting impact.

Empowering Women and Youth. Expanding Opportunity. Transforming Generations.
