It sounds a little bit cheesy, but we honestly believe that we can all just get along. We recognise that friendships are natural relationships; it's the people that make friendships happen. Our role is to spark new connections through initiatives that bring people together, or develop skills. Once the sparks start flying, we get out of the way and leave people to connect like they were born to. We run a range of initiatives that make it easy for people to get connected. On the surface, this looks like social gatherings, events, and workshops that create opportunities and develops skills. But what we're really doing is growing a culture of inclusion.
