In rescue, we face difficult decisions every single day. But the decision to turn a dog in need away simply because of lack of resources is something that rips our hearts to shreds.

While we have an amazing network of fosters that have helped us save countless lives, the number of dogs in need in our area has just become too great for our base to handle, and we have found ourselves having to make the incredibly difficult decision to just say no. So rather than sit and wait for things to get better, we have decided to take action. Bee Pawsitive Husky Rescue has 1 acre of land at our disposal, and we’ve decided to utilize the space to build a sanctuary. While building a sanctuary is no small task, it will help us to save more precious lives.
