Since 1970, the ANRF has funded arthritis research to understand the causes, prevention and development of new treatments for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, juvenile arthritis and related autoimmune diseases. Through generous donations and industry support, the ANRF provides grant funding to an annual cohort of scientists who have demonstrated promising research ideas that could improve or create new treatments — and pathways to a cure. 95% of the scientists funded by the Arthritis National Research Foundation have remained in research working towards a cure. These individuals work in top laboratories and ANRF funding enables them to make discoveries more quickly than without the extra support. The time is now to find a cure and help those suffering with arthritis!
