About us
Animal Welfare and Care Society (AWCS) is a registered Non Profit in Canada plus a 80G registered Charity in india. Since its founding in 2020 by Dr. Navneet Kaur, Awcs has been the beacon of hope for thousands of street animals in India ( Punjab).Over the last four years, AWCS has rescued treated and rehabilitated thousands of street dogs Our Motto: No animal left behind Our mission To end the human/street dog and Human-animal conflict by creating a humane and sustainable environment for animals with direct benefits to the people of Punjab India. We provide several key programs to achieve our goals: Rescue and adoption,Anti rabies drive, spaying and neutering all our dogs before releasing, community education and outreach programs: by conducting sessions for adoption of Indian dogs , rabies safety and compassion towards all living beings .
