Angel Gowns for Australian Angel Babies Inc. is a not for profit charity organization run solely by volunteers who lovingly give their time. We take donated Wedding dresses and attire which our volunteer seamstresses lovingly transform into beautiful Angel Gowns for babies (up to 12 months) that have sadly passed away. All our Angel packages contain An Angel Gown/Wrap with an open back for easy dressing, Blanket, Beanie, Booties, Nappy and a keepsake for the bereaved parents. Our packages are sent to hospitals, funeral homes and directly to parents Australia wide free of charge to be gifted to recipients so they can dress their beloved baby in suitable attire that was not previously available commercially. We rely heavily on monetary donations to cover the high costs of postage to be able to send our packages to where they need to be to help as many families as possible. Monetary donations also help with the purchase of supplies such as ribbon, thread and the like as well as office supplies such as paper, ink, envelopes and the bags to package the Angel Gowns.
