At Dog Rescue Incorporated (formerly ROLDA Inc.), we roll up our sleeves and get stuck in where help is most needed. We’re a small but fiercely dedicated Australian charity working to support frontline rescuers—those caring for abused, abandoned, and neglected dogs, often in places where no other help exists.

Originally founded to support dogs in Romania, we’ve now expanded our focus to include struggling shelters and individuals in Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe. These are rescuers doing the hard, heartbreaking work—pulling dogs from the streets, providing urgent vet care, and keeping them safe while they wait for forever homes.

Many are underfunded, overwhelmed, and at risk of shutting down. That’s where we step in.

• We help cover food, medical bills, transport and emergency shelter costs. We’re not a big, flashy charity—we’re grassroots, transparent and driven by heart. Every dollar goes further here, and supporters can see the impact they make through real stories, real dogs, and real change.
