All Are Family Outreach is the outcome of active collaboration between a range of volunteers, all of whom bring expertise, resources, skills and most of all, heart to support the work of the organization. As a charity, we use a Collective Impact Framework to organize, plan and implement strategies and events that fulfill a need in our community. We work together with sponsors and donors to support communities in planning and implementing solutions to the dire need experienced by a growing local demographic. Our goal is to engage the general public, the business sector, and levels of government in supporting our vision to end poverty, homelessness and hunger in the Okanagan Valley. We hope to inspire and enable communities to organize, plan and implement strategies to address these issues in a coordinated, measurable and impactful way.
