Zoe Support Australia provides disadvantaged young mothers (aged 13-25) in Mildura with a place-based, holistic, wraparound service, including pathways to education, training and employment. Through individual integrated intervention and advocacy, Zoe Support Australia helps young mothers re-engage in education and participate in programs that promote positive parenting, financial capability and increased social inclusion. Our primary objective is for mothers to break cycles of welfare dependence, increase mother-child attachment and family stability, improve mental health and physical wellbeing, decrease incidents of family violence and substance misuse, and enable higher educational and employment outcomes. Supporting us will mean creating brighter futures for young families.
