Youth Flourish Outdoors fills the gap in mental health care and early intervention for young people. We work bottom-up by which we mean we don't do talking therapies. We get young peoples brains and bodies regulated and fully active so they can solve their own problems...or engage with a councilor when they cannot. By addressing the safety issues of past trauma and being active outdoors, mostly in groups, we find young people are fantastic and resilient. We give them the chance(s) to discover how that works.
