We are for young people, by young people.

For over 50 years, we've supported young people in Aotearoa through life's challenges. From Waitaki to Tasman Districts, including Christchurch, Timaru, Blenheim, Nelson, Greymouth and everywhere in between.... we've gotchu.

We run Mental Health First Aid training and peer support programmes in our local schools and community groups. Our mission is to turn students into wellbeing leaders and equip young people with the skills and confidence to support themselves and their communities through today's mental health crisis.

We also deliver free youth information cards to every local school, organisation and young person who wants them. We're making sure our young people can find help for any issue they face.

Together with the other five Youthlines, we provide a free, confidential 24/7 helpline so no young person has to face life's challenges alone.
