Inspired by one woman’s brave journey with breast cancer and her unshakable faith, Women Rock was founded in December 2010, just two short months after Susan Hicks lost her battle with breast cancer. Gone but not forgotten, Susan’s brave and generous spirit endures and drives Women Rock forward as we fight against breast cancer in our communities. Women Rock is driven by the passion and desire to save lives through early detection and provide breast cancer patients and survivors with a therapeutic environment through services that promote healing, fellowship, and support. The mission of Women Rock is to save and change lives through increasing breast cancer awareness, early detection of breast cancer, and by providing hope and support to those we serve.
