We rescue dogs, commit to their care and rehabilitation and train them as service dogs for Veterans suffering from post traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury and military sexual trauma. Semper Fi Service Dogs provides psychiatric service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to the Veteran to restore their physical and emotional independence. Our goal is to reduce Veteran suicide from 22 each day to zero and enable our Veterans to take back their independence and live a life of dignity.

What differentiates our program from other service dog organizations, is once the Veteran is paired, bonded and trained with their service dog, their journey has just begun. SFSD meets (3) times weekly for maintenance training and pack outings. Every Vet becomes part of a bigger family that keeps them connected. We host monthly picnics with extended family so they can support their family member and better understand their loved one's challenges.
