Women for Wolves is a women-led nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting wolves and wildlife through sanctuary, conservation, education, collaboration, and advocacy. We operate a wolf-dog rescue and sanctuary that provides lifelong care for animals displaced by misinformation and failed policy, while using this work to educate the public and inspire change.

At our core, we focus on women’s empowerment as a pathway to lasting conservation impact, uplifting women and youth as the next generation of environmental leaders. Our programs mobilize the public to engage in science-based advocacy on critical wolf and wildlife legislation, advance coexistence solutions grounded in research, and build partnerships with Indigenous communities, scientists, ranchers, and other stakeholders. Through education and storytelling, we work to replace fear-driven narratives with understanding and ethical stewardship.
