Walking With Giants Foundation supports individuals & families affected by a very rare life limiting condition called Microcephalic Primordial Dwarfism.
It is recorded less than 500 cases in the world.
WWGF want to bring these individuals together to meet with specialist doctors and geneticist team to make sure they are getting the medical support needed.
It is also important for these families to meet with other families who are going through the same medical/ life issues.
