The Vietnamese Culture and Science Association (VCSA) is a 501-c3 non-profit organization founded in 1991.  It is based in Houston, Texas with a Chapter in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Texas; Twin cities, Minnesota; San Diego, California; Washington DC, Toronto, Canada and Vancouver, BC, Canada. VCSA has more than 600 members which comprises of a majority of young Vietnamese-American professionals in Texas and in other states of the United States and Canada.  This year 2026 marks the 35th anniversary of VCSA which is a wonderful milestone for 35 years of community services, volunteerism, leadership and culture.

Our mission is to promote excellence in leadership, education, and civic engagement through the celebration of culture and science. Our flagship programs including Viet Cultural Fest (www.vietculturalfest.org), Len Duong Leadership Camp (www.lenduong.org), Youth Excellent Luncheon, Community Health Fair, YES Camp (www.yescamp.net) & Viet Vote Houston.
