Connections of Cumberland County (CCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Fayetteville, North Carolina that serves single women with or without children experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness. We operate Fayetteville's only walk-in Day Resource Center (DRC) as well as housing programs that offer wrap-around services. CCC offers comprehensive case management designed to improve our clients’ quality of life through community referrals and assistance with navigating complex support systems. CCC’s housing programs and comprehensive case management is critical to increasing the probability that ongoing patterns of stability will be developed. It is the goal of Connections of Cumberland County to address the roots of instability and empower clients to overcome patterns of poverty as they move towards self-sufficiency.
