Avenidas is a nonprofit organization serving older adults and caregivers across the Mid-Peninsula. The mission of Avenidas is to help older adults in our community be as active, engaged, and healthy as possible throughout their lives by providing relevant services and programs. Through locations in Palo Alto, Mountain View, and virtual programs, we provide health and wellness classes, adult day services, caregiver support, transportation, social connection, and resources that promote independence and quality of life.

Avenidas operates three distinct centers to meet diverse community needs: Avenidas Palo Alto, an enrichment hub for active older adults; the Avenidas Rose Kleiner Center (ARKC) in Mountain View, a licensed adult day health care program serving those with greater physical or cognitive challenges; and the Avenidas Chinese Community Center (ACCC), which emphasizes cultural connection, bilingual education, and community engagement.
