Unity Health on Main (UHM) is an incorporated not-for-profit entity located in the city of Greenville, Greenville County, South Carolina. Since its inception in 2017, Unity Health has been a lifeline for the medically underserved, providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care to thousands of individuals and families. In just the first 120 days, over 550 patients sought our services, drawn by our commitment to safety and understanding. Today, that number has soared to over 2,300, fueled primarily by word-of-mouth from grateful patients. Our bilingual support staff have played a crucial role in building trust and fostering strong relationships within the community. Recognizing the financial challenges faced by many of our patients, we've established a sliding scale program that makes affordable healthcare accessible to all. This has been especially vital for parents without insurance, who often resorted to costly emergency room visits. At Unity Health, we're more than just a healthcare provider. We're a family. We've expanded our services to include social support, health education, FoodRx, and mental health services, addressing the holistic needs of our patients.
