Heart N Hands is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and educating girls ages 10–18 about heart health and heart disease prevention. We address health disparities through early prevention education, youth wellness initiatives, leadership development, and community-based programming that equips young girls with the knowledge and confidence to build lifelong healthy habits. Heart disease remains the No. 1 killer of women in the United States, yet prevention often begins too late. At Heart N Hands, we believe that change starts early—because girls deserve access to life-saving education, and healthier hearts create stronger futures.

Through our programs, Heart N Hands delivers hands-on heart health education, wellness initiatives, CPR training, and leadership development experiences that inspire action and change. We are building a movement focused on prevention, awareness, and empowerment—one girl, one family, and one community at a time.
