Since 1989, the Tree House Child and Family Center has evolved from an advisory board focused on changing local child abuse laws and developing protocols tto a stand-alone nonprofit that now serves as a leader, partner, and resource in addressing child abuse prevention needs in Walworth County (Wisconsin) and surrounding communities. Today, the Tree House annually reaches 7,000+ parents and primary caregivers, children, youth-serving professionals, and professional service providers with upstream information and programs to prevent, recognize, and respond appropriately to all types of abuse.

It is our mission to promote safe, strong, and healthy environments for children and families through equitable access to child abuse prevention, education, and resource support. Our vision is to create a community where child abuse is stopped before it starts.
