We focus on individuals and ministries of less than 500 members encouraging them to do whatever it is they are called to do. We do this by coming along side the indivicual or organization helping them discern, focus and develop their passion. As they do we network with others all across the nation but primarily in the MidWest to enable them to live their passion. We do not take over their "thing." We grow it. We work one on one with each Treasure. There are no "cookie cutter" approaches in our ministry. Each person is talked with personally, references checked and a plan made that only they can approve. All this is done without charge as set fees often inhibit individuals or start ups.
