Town Cats mission is to alleviate the suffering of stray, abandoned, unwanted, and feral cats in Santa Clara County and advocate for all cats. Our team works to find permanent, safe, and loving homes for cats and kittens in our care and provides cat food and support to low-income cat guardians, fosters, and owners.  We specialize in rescuing Special Needs and Community cats typically ignored, such as; pre-wean bottle-fed kittens, cats with intensive medical care needs, FeLV, and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) positive cats. We educate the public on cat care issues, TNR programs, the benefits of free-roaming feline communities, safe and humane relocating procedures, and the importance of spay/neuter. By providing tools and education to the community, we empower them to become part of the solution. Our vision is to ensure the safety, health, and happiness of all cats. We strive to build feline champions so that cats are not perceived as a problem to be solved but as companions who deserve to be loved, supported, and respected, despite the person’s cat ownership status.
