Our Mission: We aim to support young people to thrive through highly effective and accessible programmes where: • Young people’s voices are heard and empowered • Young people are supported by consistent adults through times of challenge and change • Young people have opportunities and resources to be happy and thriveWe support young people aged 8 to 25, young people who are in care, at risk of entering care, or who have left care but need help to live independently. We galvanise the voluntary community of Kent to provide the mentoring and befriending help that disadvantaged young people need.
