Jigsaw is a youth mental health charity for everyone.

At Jigsaw, we provide support to young people and their families regardless of who they are, where they come from, or what their circumstances are. You can speak to us in confidence and we do not judge. Everyone is welcome at Jigsaw.

Jigsaw delivers free therapy for young people across 18 locations in Ireland, and rolls out a range of practical, free and effective mental health supports and resources to young people, parents and educators in places where they live, learn, work and play.
