Mind BLMK are a local mental health charity which is part of a  federation of other local Mind’s throughout England and Wales who are affiliated with National Mind. We have been delivering high quality mental health services for over 45 years. Our aim is to provide the best mental health prevention and intervention services across Luton, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. Mind BLMK deliver key services navigating our way through complex system challenges whilst impacting positive change and outcomes for our community’s mental health and wellbeing.

Mind BLMK support public attitudes to mental health, shifting recognition and acceptance that mental health can affect anybody. Our services range from direct support in engaging with a range of ages providing mental health and wellbeing support in helping support a person’s mental health journey and recovery. Our offer includes crisis support, peer support, activity groups, suicide prevention, physical wellbeing and mentoring. we provide education and training for professionals, communities and those with lived mental health experience, we operate fundraising initiatives to support the services we offer to ensure continuous support for mental health.

Our mission is to ensure nobody has to face a mental health problem on their own. Through our intervention and prevention we aspire to provide support to enable a person with lived mental health experience to live a full and rewarding life.
