The Medicine Horse Project rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes horses that have suffered abuse, abandonment, neglect or are at risk of falling into the slaughter pipeline.  We partner those rescued horses with humans seeking hope, healing and resilience in our Horse Inspired Growth and Healing programs and our Resiliency Through Horsemanship workshops.  This partnership is a mutually beneficial relationship where both horses and humans come together to help each other heal. When necessary, we provide lifetime sanctuary to those animals not suitable for rehoming.  Your support provides a powerful positive ripple effect that benefits all communities.  Horses get a 2nd chance at a successful and productive life and people receive life changing learning opportunities that help them live their best lives.  Your support saves lives both horse and human!
