The Kind Foundation is a charitable Trust which provides a broad range of programmes for children, young people and vulnerable groups in our community.  As someone famous once said: “People may forget what you did, and they may forget what you said, but they will never forget the way you made them feel.”

The Kind Foundation’s purpose is to meet and relate to the needs of people in their communities, and where they work, in a way that will encourage them to develop as individuals, express their own needs and reach their full potential.  The Kind Foundation does this through programmes and relationships, involving The Kind Foundation workers with special youth, community, recreational and motivational skills, guided by the four core values of honesty, respect, responsibility and caring.

This idea that our work is about our values, and about caring for people, has guided a process that has resulted in The Kind Foundation
