The Fix Em Clinic is a low cost, high quality, high volume spay/neuter center located in Charleston, WV.  The clinic also offers low cost wellness so that people can get their pets or rescues vaccinated, flea and tick treatments, etc.  This is a bonafide non profit, that does a great service for the community, low income customers, and rescue groups, along with those who practice TNR on a limited basis.  This organization is in constant fundraising mode because they charge so little for their services.
