We don't just run programs. We transform entire school cultures.

The F.I.N.D. Design is a grassroots organization born from lived experience, creating safe spaces where Black girls and other girls of color can heal, grow, and THRIVE. For 10 years, we've been the bridge: speaking the language, understanding the culture, and delivering what nobody else can.

OUR IMPACT:

• 1,500+ girls served across 11 locations

• 92% feel safer, happier, and more supported in our programs

• 50-60% reduction in school suspensions at partner schools

• 80% recidivism reduction - girls telling us "You saved my life"

• 363 hours of healing circles facilitated last school year

• 83% of alumni report increased awareness of healthy boundaries

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT:

While we center Black girls and girls of color, our trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach lifts EVERYONE: students, teachers, staff, and families. We address both systemic and personal trauma through long-term mentorships, mental health programming, and radical care.

As one school leader said: "Nobody else can do what F.I.N.D. Design does."

Like the women of the 6888th Battalion who delivered hope against impossible odds, we refuse to be erased. In a climate where grassroots organizations are being systematically defunded, we stand firm because Black girls and girls of color are not disposable. They are future leaders, innovators, and community builders who deserve communities that fight for them with the same energy we'd fight for our own children.
