Established in 1987, the mission of the Texas Heritage Music Foundation is to make a difference in the world  through the singing of songs and the telling of stories.  Over the years, THMF has initiated and sustained a wide variety of community service th have as their goal the education and enrichment of the lives of the people living in the Texas Hill Country.

The Music Connection program was created in 2015 based upon compelling scientific and clinical research that demonstrates the significant physical and psychological benefits of music for the aging population particularly for those living in residential placement, including our military veterans. 

The Bard Program - takes the history of Texas through enactments of story, song and demonstration to area Boys and Girls Clubs. Songwriting sessions by well-known performers are also provided based the socialization  for the participants.
