We are a grass roots local Dementia Charity, providing over 40 services. from supporting people with their initial diagnosis, to the conclusion of their journey and beyond. In between we show those with the condition, their carers and family member's you can lead a good life with dementia, through Training,  Information and Advice, social outings, breakfast, lunch and dinner clubs, Swimming. Baby Yoga, Walks, Theatre trips, Concerts, Shorts breaks, Tea Dances and events. Cognitive Stimulation, one to one emotional  Support, Befriending, Future planning, Bereavement support.
