Techies Without Borders is a global nonprofit delivering free, up-to-date emergency care education to healthcare providers in low-resource settings using affordable, innovative technology in the initiative, Continuing Medical Education Solutions (CMES).

We equip clinics and hospitals with simple tools such as a Raspberry-Pi computer, USBs, and video-enabled mini-computers, all provided at no cost thanks to donor support. These tools work offline and pair with mobile apps to ensure learning continues even without internet access.

Beyond hardware, we deliver ongoing training through monthly clinical emails, interactive case discussions, and a virtual journal club that connects providers across continents for real-time knowledge exchange.
