Teach Learn Grow is an Australian not-for-profit that provides free, one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students experiencing educational disadvantage, with a strong focus on rural, regional, and remote communities across Western Australia and New South Wales.

We support primary and secondary school students - particularly in maths, science, and STEAM - by pairing them with trained university volunteers who deliver weekly, personalised sessions during the school term. Our model addresses both educational inequity and youth leadership development: students receive tailored academic support and confidence-building mentorship, while volunteers gain practical teaching experience, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of community impact.

Teach Learn Grow works in close partnership with schools, teachers, and local communities to ensure our programs respond to real needs. By removing cost barriers and targeting low-ICSEA schools and under-resourced regions, we help students improve learning outcomes, engagement, and aspiration—regardless of postcode.
