We are the only peer led community mental health centre in our area. We run a variety of creative and wellbeing classes to provide support, connection and skill development for those in our community with lived experience of mental health distress and isolation. These classes include art, craft, cooking, meditation, and creative writing. A lot of our members are socially isolated, this is the only place that they feel safe and accepted.
