Montrose Community Cupboard is a community group that rescues food from landfill from local stores and redistributes to the community. This mission supports the environment as well as helping the local community with the cost of living and increasing community resilience and connectedness. Montrose Community Cupboard has a 24/7 free access pantry as well as weekly free food markets. Shortly, they will be hosting monthly community meals.
