A country or its people cannot reach its full potential if it continues to perpetuate stigma around mental health issues. Southern Asia is in the midst of a mental health crisis, suffering from debilitating stigma and a severe lack of resources for proactive health support and education. Rebound seeks to shatter the stigma by providing easy access to mental health support in underserved countries. Your contribution goes towards funding evidence-backed mental health education programs in schools, workplaces, and the home.
