A country or its people cannot reach its full potential if it continues to perpetuate stigma around mental health issues. Southern Asia is in the midst of a mental health crisis, suffering from debilitating stigma and a severe lack of resources for proactive health support and education. Rebound seeks to shatter the stigma by providing easy access to mental health support in underserved countries.
