Summer's Angels is a new non-profit that is in honor of a baby named Summer Marie Stuckey-Jackson, who died at the tender age of 6 months old from lung disease in 2004. Her mother, Shannon Stuckey, was only 19 when she lost Summer, and who's the founder, launched this non-profit to give a safe space to grieving mothers to share their experiences, along with providing resources to help with any barriers, such as housing, domestic violence, food, and support for young women to prevent teen pregnancy and have real life discussion to help develop cognitive thinking along with giving community support for women who are returning citizens.
