Our Mission Success 1st strives to empower pre-adolescents and adolescents by providing them with opportunities to cultivate essential skills, explore their passions, talents, and unleash their creativity. Our aim is to foster a healthy decision-making process that is fundamental to their personal success. Established as an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) organization deeply rooted in Gloucester County, Success 1st has been actively engaged in the community for over a decade. Our programs are designed by youth for youth, with a vision of guiding and inspiring hundreds of adolescents annually towards a path of safety, intelligence, and achievement. Through this, we contribute to building a safer, healthier community for all.
